About The Position

BOS Security is seeking a high-performance Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Atlanta market. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new B2B security service contracts. This position is not account management—you will be responsible for opening new doors, building your own book of business, and winning contracts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B outside sales experience
  • Proven success generating and closing new business
  • Hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience navigating complex sales environments
  • Clean driving record

  • Security or related industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect via cold calling, email, networking, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers and drive deals to close
  • Close new business and win clients from competitors
  • Present tailored on-site security solutions as well as VirtuGuard™ remote guarding
  • Deliver proposals and lead client presentations
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful onboarding
