The Business Development Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of a Strategic Account Data License Agreements-Plan for targeted Enterprise Accounts. This role involves representing RECALL MASTERS interests with industry bodies and targeted OEMs to establish the company as an industry leader and influence industry practices regarding OEM Recalls and Industry Insights. The manager will act as the primary contact interface, cultivating trusted relationships with influencers and decision-makers within targeted OEMs and Enterprise Accounts. Participation in industry associations (ETI, SCRS, I-CAR, CIC, etc.) is expected to advance RECALL MASTERS' products and technology. The role requires using industry expertise and OEM/Enterprise knowledge to provide technical intelligence and sales processes, and assisting clients in developing strategic goals compatible with RECALL MASTERS' offerings. Key responsibilities include negotiating license agreements for Enterprise Services, OEM tool and data rights, and insights. The manager will also assist in overseeing OEM data governance, data acquisition, product implementation, and IP/licensing compliance. Additionally, they will lead global contract and EULA management for Enterprise accounts and OEMs, develop new data partnerships, and lead new business development initiatives, including creating and managing Strategic Enterprise Market Accounts, OEM Certification, and OEM Certified network programs.
