The position offers the opportunity to expand relationships with an established customer base, unlock new revenue streams, and convert untapped demand. This is a true business development role where the individual will own the process from day one, acting as a hunter to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven business development professional with a strong track record of winning new business
  • 7+ years in a hunter role
  • Confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable selling complex solutions
  • Ability to expand existing accounts while generating new opportunities
  • Self-starter who thrives in a build-phase environment
  • Driven, resilient, and focused on results

Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business across existing customers and new prospects
  • Leverage established relationships while opening new doors across healthcare systems
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity and networking
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Sell into complex environments and engage senior stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify, develop and manage service solutions
