About The Position

Lift Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share. Lift Solutions provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, including OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services, and parts for overhead cranes and other lifting equipment. Requirements

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes.
Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments.
Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Conduct targeted prospecting to identify clients, leveraging a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry databases.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities to ensure continuous sales growth.
Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present the company's products or services, answer inquiries, and understand their needs.
Develop customized proposals and sales presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through inside sales and business development activities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-up, communication, and a consultative approach.
Understand the client’s business needs and align the company’s solutions to address those needs effectively.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
Analyze competitors’ strategies and adapt tactics to differentiate the company’s offerings.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape to help optimize sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to senior management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance.
