We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (Contractor) to build and scale a new institutional sales channel. The BD Manager position is a high-autonomy, full-cycle sales role focused on building pipelines, closing large deals, and expanding successful programs across similar organizations. This role focuses on closing large, repeatable deals (~$25K+) with organizations like public libraries, nonprofits, camps, and other mission-driven groups—where storytelling and documentation are core to their work. We’ve already proven this model through a successful public sector partnership and are now expanding it nationwide. You will pursue high-volume opportunities in verticals where photo books serve a functional or programmatic purpose. This role requires an experienced, strategic salesperson who can identify scalable market patterns, build pipelines, and close meaningful institutional deals.
