Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and executing the plan in a specific vertical market and/ or geographical area to prospect identified accounts and/ or verticals. The Business Development Manager represents the entire range of Citron services, consumables, and equipment to these assigned prospects while managing the customer accounts for a defined amount of time to retain business and penetrate at a site level and portfolio wide. The Business Development Manager works together, with the Directors of Sales and Operations, Regional Sales Managers, Hygiene Sales Experts, and other company resources to manage the day-to-day business relationship and ensure Citron’s strong footprint and leadership within the vertical market. Activity and revenue expectations are set monthly and reported through Citron CRM tool, Salesforce.com (SFDC) Dashboards and monthly reports.
