Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible sales and asset retention and brand promotion of all CI Global Asset Management investment products. Acting in partnership with one or two District Vice President’s, the BDM serves as a sales consultant to the specified territory. BDM’s will educate, train and motivate financial advisers and financial professionals to foster partnerships and stronger relationships, to increase CI GAM market share in the territory and develop high quality leads for DVP. The BDM will be located in their respective regional offices working as highly motivated sales professionals driving significant engagement with advisors remotely. The role will occasionally require travel to clients and client events within the territory as determined by business case and DVP, subject to RVP approval.
