This role involves prospecting in the field and managing accounts in-office, developing relationships with HR managers, warehouse supervisors, and office leaders, and using various tools to generate new leads. The position requires understanding workforce challenges and delivering consultative account management with a focus on service excellence and retention to secure new clients and grow market share.

Requirements

Outgoing, motivated sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Track record of hitting KPIs and signing new clients using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
Strong business acumen—ability to speak to workforce trends affecting clerical and light industrial roles.
Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and outside sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Prospect 70% of the time in the field; manage accounts 30% of the time in-office.
Develop relationships with HR managers, warehouse supervisors, and office leaders.
Use LinkedIn, social selling, and local market outreach to generate new leads.
Conduct discovery to understand workforce challenges including attendance, turnover, and productivity.
Deliver consultative account management with a focus on service excellence and retention.
Secure net new logos and grow share within your local market.
