About The Position

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager - Landscape to drive commercial growth across the Greater Charlotte area! This role is for a high-energy B2B sales hunter who thrives on uncapped earning potential, building real relationships, and closing high-stakes deals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B commercial sales experience.
  • A proven "hunter" mindset with a track record of crushing quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in or near Charlotte, NC (valid driver's license required).

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth with commercial clients (offices, HOAs, industrial, education).
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold prospecting to C-suite proposals.
  • Partner with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Leverage Salesforce and local networking to build a dominant pipeline.
