About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating new business within the clinical healthcare recruiting industry. This opportunity is designed for high-performing sales professionals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own schedules, and being compensated based on results. This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere. You will have complete flexibility regarding when and where you work; however, this is a performance-driven role with clear expectations for business development activity, pipeline generation, and revenue production.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development, sales, or account acquisition experience specifically within the clinical healthcare recruiting industry (must specifically be in the healthcare recruiting industry)
  • Demonstrated success selling recruiting services to healthcare organizations, including physician groups, medical practices, hospitals, health systems, behavioral health organizations, dental groups, specialty clinics, or similar clinical healthcare providers
  • Verifiable history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas, revenue targets, or other measurable sales performance metrics
  • Ability to provide specific examples of sales production, business development success, and client acquisition results
  • Strong prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Existing understanding of healthcare operations and healthcare decision-making structures
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory without direct supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within the healthcare recruiting industry
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and relationship development
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, clinical directors, and operations leaders
  • Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through signed agreement
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet performance expectations
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support successful client implementation and ongoing account growth
