Requirements

  • Proven experience selling into gyms, fitness operators, or wellness businesses
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption across multiple locations
  • Background in fitness, wellness, or related industries
  • Track record of measurable results, including locations added and revenue generated
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a full sales cycle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fitness franchise development or multi-location expansion
  • Background in commercial fitness equipment or wellness technology
  • Experience working with gym ownership groups or franchise operators
  • Familiarity with gym economics and membership models
  • Existing relationships within the fitness industry

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and recruit independent gyms, fitness operators, and multi-location businesses
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across assigned territories
  • Own full-cycle B2B sales from outreach through signed partnership
  • Present financially-driven value propositions focused on revenue generation and growth
  • Conduct discovery to understand gym economics, challenges, and expansion goals
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and launch readiness for new locations
  • Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue performance across partner gyms
  • Build long-term relationships and expand within existing accounts
