Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in field sales, business development, or a related operational role.
  • Well-networked within the property and/or facility management or insurance industry.
  • Must have a working knowledge of property insurance and building construction.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a Sales platform.
  • Client-centric, data-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and implement outstanding sales and marketing strategies that not only expand our client base but also establish our services as the premier choice for property restoration.
  • Foster lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions to each customer.
  • Reinforce First Onsite's position as the restoration industry's gold standard.
  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance companies and independent adjusters.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of designated client accounts and prospective clients, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the company's products and services, competitors, and relevant organizations.
  • Actively pursue business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
  • Respond to insurance inquiries, general queries, information requests, and complaints effectively, in line with contractual frameworks, client expectations, and requirements.
  • Maximize contract revenue.
  • Ensure clients are fully aware and educated on the launch of new products and services.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new offerings where required.
  • Assist with relevant marketing activities and events, providing regular client feedback.

Benefits

  • Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus incentive opportunities.
