Ideal Siding is a fast-growing exterior renovation franchise operating across Canada and the United States. Through our expanding franchise network, we help homeowners access high-quality siding and exterior renovation services while supporting franchisees with systems, marketing, training, vendor relationships, and growth resources. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help build and grow partnership programs that create value for our franchisees and support the long-term growth of Ideal Siding. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is mid-career, relationship-driven, organized, coachable, and looking to grow into a broader business development role over time. The Business Development Manager will help identify, develop, and manage partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, software vendors, financing partners, and other industry contacts. The focus of this role is to create practical, scalable partnership programs for our franchise network. This may include preferred vendor programs, rebate agreements, franchisee discount programs, referral partnerships, training initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and lead generation partnerships. This is not a senior executive-level role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build strong relationships, follow through, learn quickly, and grow with the company long term.
