About The Position

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing competitors to position the company effectively. Key duties include lead generation through various channels, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer service. The manager will also monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in business development or sales, strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal attributes include being highly motivated, goal-oriented, a strategic thinker with analytical skills, adaptable, and possessing strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events is also required.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in developing and closing business deals.
