About The Position

Klipsch Senior Care, LLC d/b/a Home Instead is seeking a Business Development Manager to build relationships and grow their reach in Evansville and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, has a passion for serving seniors, and possesses a strong drive for sales and relationship building. The Business Development Manager will be the primary representative of Home Instead to key referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities, with the goal of turning these relationships into referrals and ultimately, providing care for seniors in need.

Requirements

  • College degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • Related business or sales experience (consultative sales a plus).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Understanding of and adherence to policies and procedures established by Klipsch Senior Care, LLC.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Sound judgment and good decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Growing the Referral Provider Network across hospitals, physicians, home health, assisted living, hospice, and more in Evansville and the surrounding counties.
  • Meeting weekly inquiry and referral goals for the assigned territory.
  • Representing the Home Instead brand in the community through 1:1 meetings and group presentations.
  • Reporting wins and opportunities directly to the General Manager.
  • Researching and developing Referral Provider Network relationships and producing referrals.
  • Performing all phases of the consultative sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosing referral source and client needs, recommending appropriate Home Instead services and community resources, and maintaining/nurturing existing referral accounts.
  • Achieving inquiry generation objectives for the Evansville territory and surrounding counties to increase market share.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing plans in conjunction with franchise leadership to meet or exceed established goals.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of the Home Instead brand and effectively presenting marketing materials and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using company software.
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through various outreach methods.
  • Conducting Service Inquiries as needed following the consultative sales process.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Participating in and contributing to the development of educational programs.
  • Conducting the initial client/Care Professionals℠ introduction.
  • Conducting Care Consultations as needed.
  • Conducting quality assurance (QA) visits with clients as needed.
  • Participating in various PR strategies.
