About The Position
Senior Helpers of Geneva/Aurora is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to generate new leads, acquire clients, build referral partnerships, and drive business growth. The primary focus of this position is generating qualified leads, converting prospects into paying clients, and consistently increasing company revenue. This is a highly results-driven position focused on measurable business growth. We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented individual who can consistently generate qualified leads, establish strong referral partnerships, and successfully convert prospects into active, paying clients. The primary objective is to acquire new clients, increase weekly and monthly billable service hours, and drive revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by actual results, including new client acquisitions, increased billable hours, and achievement of established business growth targets—not simply marketing activities or networking efforts. This is a results-oriented position. Success will be measured by new clients acquired, qualified leads generated, increased billable service hours, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or marketing preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve measurable results.
- Home care, home health, hospice, or senior living experience preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Existing healthcare referral relationships in Kane and Kendall Counties are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and acquire new home care clients.
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and healthcare professionals.
- Meet monthly client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Conduct outreach visits, networking, and community marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active clients.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
- Track leads, referrals, conversions, and sales performance.
