Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts or solution-based services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage a territory
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Leadership, mentoring, or team development experience
  • Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or related service industry experience

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships within New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania commercial markets
  • Experience working with property managers, facility managers, real estate organizations, healthcare facilities, or multi-site operations

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial facilities, property management, healthcare, industrial, and office environments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs, needs assessments, and client presentations
  • Develop customized proposals and service solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and key decision-makers
  • Attend networking events, industry associations, and local business functions
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
  • Provide mentorship and support to two junior sales team members while remaining heavily production-focused
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for territory growth
