Polysciences, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive the strategic growth and commercialization of our Specialty Products business. Working closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy & Business Development, this role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and commercializing custom monomers, polymers, and microspheres used in cutting-edge biomedical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and life science applications. Our customers aren't simply purchasing products—they rely on us to develop customized solutions that enable innovation. If you're energized by solving technical problems, building long-term partnerships, and helping bring innovative technologies to market, you'll find meaningful opportunities to make an impact here.
