About The Position

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the industrial and energy services space. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and collaborating with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical service offerings, experience selling into commercial or industrial clients, and a track record of closing complex deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, and market analysis. This is a high-impact role with clear visibility to leadership and strong opportunities for advancement as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial, construction, or energy services
  • Proven ability to develop new business and close complex, consultative deals
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and ability to communicate value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with engineers, project managers, or operations teams to deliver client solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
