The Business Development Manager is a strategic relationship builder and growth professional responsible for managing the full opportunity lifecycle—from market intelligence and opportunity identification through capture strategy, proposal development, and contract award. This role represents the full Albers Aerospace portfolio across all capability areas and works to develop both near-term opportunities and long-term customer relationships within the U.S. Government and defense industry. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Pricing, Engineering, and Leadership to develop competitive solutions that align customer needs with company capabilities. The ideal candidate brings a combination of business development experience, customer relationship management skills, market awareness, and the ability to independently drive opportunities while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
