We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to contribute to the growth of GreenShield by selling our suite of services to Canada’s largest employers. The Enterprise, Business Development Manager will utilize a strategic approach to create an extensive prospect list and play a pivotal role in all phases of the sales process, including outreach planning, business analysis, presentations, and contracting, with the strategic goal of positioning GreenShield products and services favorably. Requirements

10 years sales experience, with experience in Large market/Enterprise sales
A strong business network in Western Canada, an individual motivated by networking and establishing robust relationships across all client and partner levels.
A sales professional with a focus on hunting and acquiring new business.
Outstanding leadership that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Exhibit a consultative and professional sales approach. The individual is an excellent listener with the capability to design tailor-made solutions that not only meet but also surpass the requirements of prospective clients.
Proficient organizational and project management skills for overseeing complex RFPs.
Passionate about navigating complex sales environments.
Great communication skills in French and in English
Proficiency in English is required for this position. As part of this role, you will be required to communicate with colleagues or customers who use English as their primary language. Responsibilities

Develop an outreach strategy with large named prospects in Western Canada
Formulate and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategy for the prospect that aligns with their business objectives.
Development of advisor relationships, including meetings, social activities, and other engagements.
Continual development of a strong business network.
Lead and support complex RFP process
Develop and execute finalist presentations.
Monitor the competitive marketplace and share internally.
Promote professional growth and cultivate robust industry connections.
Participate in industry events such as conferences and seminars.
Achieve or surpass gross and net revenue targets.
