The role of Business Development Manager for Services in the Americas focuses on creating and driving exceptional business results for specific, strategic Services offerings, including Repair and Calibration. This involves defining, managing, and executing upfront sales and renewal programs in collaboration with Keysight’s Sales Organization, customers, and other key stakeholders. The position offers an exciting chance to directly improve customer outcomes while increasing Keysight’s Annual Recurring Revenue, reinforcing its market leadership. Success requires a proven track record of building and executing innovative business plans that exceed goals, coupled with exceptional communication and project management skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, assertive, customer-focused, and possesses experience in Repair and Calibration Services.

Requirements

  • Educated to at least university degree level
  • At least 8 years' practical and relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development and/or Sales/Support
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in business processes and plans
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in project management
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in analytical skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in time management in interrupt driven and dynamic business environment
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in relationship building, internally and externally
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in sales funnel and forecasting

Nice To Haves

  • B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA with B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and/or Service & Support experience is desired
  • Repair and Calibration Services experience
