About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager for a field-based sales role. If you enjoy meeting clients, pitching solutions face-to-face, and closing deals on the ground — this is your zone. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospects, delivering demos, and converting opportunities into long-term clients. This role gives strong exposure to B2B sales, SaaS products, and real-time market interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients and businesses to generate new leads
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective pitching
  • Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with clients
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, and references
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos and closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update daily activities, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Share regular reports and updates with management
  • Stay updated with product features, industry trends, and competitors
  • Continuously improve sales pitch and approach
