About The Position

Kid's Thrive Cleveland is seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Business Development Liaison to join our team. This position is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with referral sources, community partners, healthcare professionals, schools, and other organizations that support children and families. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys networking, developing partnerships, and representing an organization dedicated to improving outcomes for children and adolescents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales, or relationship management preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, or social services is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet outreach goals.
  • Comfortable representing the organization in community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Identify new business development and referral opportunities within the community.
  • Represent Kid's Thrive Cleveland at community events, meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, schools, behavioral health professionals, social service agencies, and other key partners.
  • Educate referral sources and community partners about available programs and services.
  • Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of Kid's Thrive Cleveland.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with referral partners.
  • Track outreach activities, referral trends, and business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clinical, admissions, marketing, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Identify community needs and opportunities for new partnerships and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, outreach activities, and referral relationships.
  • Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the community.
  • Support initiatives designed to increase access to services for children and families.
