About The Position

Harmony Hospice Care is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Liaison to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you'll be the vital connection between our compassionate care services and the healthcare community, building meaningful relationships that help patients and families access the support they need most. Harmony Hospice Care is seeking a motivated Business Development Liaison to expand our presence throughout the San Antonio area. This position is responsible for developing new referral relationships, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of Harmony Hospice Care among healthcare providers and referral sources. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, professional, organized, and passionate about serving patients and families through hospice care.

Requirements

Healthcare business development, marketing, or relationship management experience preferred.
Hospice, home health, hospital, skilled nursing facility, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or other healthcare-related business development experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. or Equivalent healthcare business development or marketing experience may be substituted for formal education.

Responsibilities

Develop new referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, assisted living communities, memory care communities, oncology practices, cardiology practices, pulmonology practices, neurology practices, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers.
Schedule and conduct educational in-services and Lunch & Learn presentations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources throughout the community.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase referrals.
Maintain accurate documentation of all marketing activities, referral contacts, and follow-up plans.
Represent Harmony Hospice Care professionally at networking events, healthcare functions, and community outreach opportunities.
Collaborate with the clinical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional service to referral partners and patients.
Maintain a consistent presence within assigned territories while identifying opportunities to expand Harmony Hospice Care's referral network.
