As a Business Development Liaison for Interim HealthCare, you’ll build strong community relationships, educate referral sources, and drive growth for our Personalized Care at Home business. In this role, you will expand awareness of our services within the healthcare community and ensure referral partners understand how our agency can meet the needs, expectations, and goals of the individuals and families we serve. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Successful sales experience with similar customers; home care or related healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with home care services, referral sources, and payors.
  • Ability to work independently, build relationships, and manage a territory effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and analyze growth opportunities in assigned markets and territories.
  • Achieve agency-defined growth goals for selected accounts in partnership with operations leadership.
  • Maintain and organize weekly calendars, call activity, territory planning, and account development using company systems.
  • Manage time and territory efficiently to maximize productivity and visibility.
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with operations staff in all assigned markets.
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about healthcare, home care, payor changes, and market trends that impact PCH.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures and demonstrate integrity in all actions.
