The Role We're looking for founding Business Development Lead who will be the driving force behind our go-to-market growth. This is a high-horsepower, customer-facing seat for someone who can identify, develop, and close relationships with institutional investors. In this role, you will work closely with Rowspace’s founders, engineers, and GTM team to prospect, cultivate, and secure meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers across some of the biggest finance firms in the world. Much of your time will be spent on strategy and tactics, but execution will be just as important. You'll shape how we go to market, refine our positioning, and build the playbook for selling into some of the most sophisticated buyers in the world. You should be just as excited to jump on a customer call, build a financial model, or fill a gap the team hasn't hired for yet.
