The Opportunity EnerMech is seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to lead sales performance, grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships across our Energy Solutions business line. This role is responsible for converting opportunities into profitable business, managing customer accounts, delivering sales targets and ensuring consistent commercial performance. Working closely with Business Development, Operations and Commercial teams, you will develop customer engagement plans, oversee sales activity and ensure opportunities are progressed efficiently from initial enquiry through to contract award. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated commercial professional with a passion for customer engagement, sales excellence and delivering sustainable business growth.
