Business Development Lead, Mobile Gaming and Apps

About The Position

Proxima is launching a mobile-focused vertical, and we're hiring the inaugural Sales Lead to build it. In this foundational role, you'll own outbound into social casinos, mobile gaming studios, and app developers, working alongside User Acquisition and Growth leaders to show how Proxima's Commerce Graph and targeting tools improve campaign performance and scale acquisition. You'll help define the go-to-market playbook, refine the sales motion, and shape the target account strategy as we build out this team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in ad tech, mobile advertising, gaming, performance marketing, or SaaS
  • Track record of building pipeline and closing revenue in a new or developing market
  • Deep interest in mobile gaming, social casino, app growth, and user acquisition
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and excited to help build a business from the ground up
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage growth, UA, and marketing stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build the go-to-market foundation for Proxima's mobile vertical — including outbound strategy, positioning, and sales process
  • Scale Proxima's mobile advertising business across mobile gaming studios, social casinos, and mobile apps focused on user acquisition and growth
  • Drive revenue through custom audiences and targeting solutions designed to help advertisers acquire high-value users more efficiently across digital channels
  • Help gaming and app advertisers leverage proprietary audience data to improve campaign performance, scale growth, and reach high-value users
