About The Position

Vibe.co is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on the Apps & Gaming vertical. This role is crucial for managing the top of the sales pipeline and collaborating with Account Executives to generate new business. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in AI, using it to enhance prospecting, personalize outreach at scale, and reduce time spent on manual tasks. This position offers clear goals, feedback mechanisms, and significant earning potential within a rapidly growing company in the streaming TV advertising sector. The role requires curiosity, structure, and a strong motivation for earning potential.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience supporting US markets
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve outreach quality, efficiency, or personalization
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
  • A track record of booking quality meetings that convert — not just volume
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can hold a real conversation, in the room and on the page

  • Experience selling into Apps, Gaming, or digital marketing verticals
  • Comfort representing a brand at external events — you're energized by it, not drained

Responsibilities

  • Build and run high-frequency outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with daily consistency.
  • Craft personalized messaging that reflects each prospect's business context.
  • Keep Salesforce and Outreach records clean with zero overdue tasks, every day.
  • Use AI tools to automate research, personalization, and sequencing, and actively look for new ways to apply them.
  • Stay current on the evolving AI sales toolset and bring new approaches to the team.
  • Replace manual workflows with smarter systems wherever possible.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts in the Apps & Gaming space based on ICP.
  • Qualify opportunities with a genuine problem match before handing off to AEs.
  • Map buying committees and ensure clean, well-contextualized AE handoffs.
  • Partner with AEs on account strategy, messaging, and follow-up coordination.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate pipeline in person.
  • Share what's working — reply rates, conversion trends, messaging learnings — with the broader team.
