About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team and drive our top-of-funnel sales efforts. In this role, you will report to the Business Development Director and play a vital part in introducing HHS Exceptional Hospitality, LLC to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on utilizing sales intelligence tools to identify ideal prospects and executing email outreach to generate high-quality leads for our Vice President. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B lead generation, targeted outreach, and sales software.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional, and persuasive emails.
  • Strong research skills and an analytical mindset to identify the best possible prospects.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Seamless.ai to identify key decision-makers and target contacts across specific industries.
  • Filter and build prospect lists based on specific criteria, including geographic region, company size, and revenue parameters.
  • Draft, personalize, and send outbound emails to introduce HHS Exceptional Hospitality, LLC's services to potential clients and generate interest.
  • Successfully qualify and transition warm leads to the Vice President for in-depth meetings and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activities, prospect details, and lead statuses in our tracking system or CRM.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to refine messaging, analyze email open/response rates, and optimize the lead generation process.
