About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support the growth of our existing partner network. Your primary objective is to assist in strengthening partner relationships and supporting lead-generation initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in international business development. This short-term internship is designed for candidates who want real exposure and performance-based rewards, working closely with senior Business Development Managers.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and digital tools; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (C1).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts under guidance.
  • Basic understanding of KPIs and interest in performance-based outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing is a plus.
  • Interest in Migration Services, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Luxury Real Estate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members in collaborating with existing partners to improve the volume and quality of leads directed to the firm.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating webinars, online sessions, and offline meetings to educate and re-engage our partner network.
  • Help track partner activity and performance using CRM data, assisting with reports and insights to identify improvement areas.
  • Research potential international partners and actively support outreach and onboarding under supervision.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and assist with pipeline tracking using CRM and project management tools.
  • Support senior representatives in partner communications, meetings, and event preparation.
