About The Position

Odyssey partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and school choice programs. These programs empower families to choose the best learning experiences for their children. Odyssey provides the technology, program operations, vendor ecosystem, and family experience necessary for these programs to succeed. The company operates in 10 states, managing programs that serve over 250,000 students and handle more than $2 billion in annual education funding. Odyssey is at the intersection of GovTech, EdTech, and FinTech, building civic infrastructure that enables access to educational opportunities. The role involves working closely with state partners and internal product teams to translate policy into functional systems, requiring flexibility and a problem-solving approach rather than a rigid, standardized process. This position offers ownership, speed, and the opportunity to tackle significant problems.
