As Business Development Growth Lead, you will drive strategic growth in support of federal, state, and local governments with focus on mission needs and translating into actionable pursuit strategies. This role requires deep customer engagement, awareness of evolving mission demands, and the ability to align opportunities with companywide priorities, capabilities, and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Experience interfacing directly with government, partnership, and corporate stakeholders
- Ability to understand and articulate mission needs with proven success developing and maturing opportunities
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission engagement supporting the federal, state, or local governments, or 9+ years of experience in business development, capture, or mission engagement supporting the federal, state, or local governments in lieu of a degree

- Knowledge of companywide growth frameworks, account planning, and multi-year strategies
- Ability to adjust strategies in response to evolving market conditions, shifting mission priorities, and changes in client demands
Responsibilities
- Build and mature a mission-aligned pipeline that reflects customer demand signals, budget trends, and multi-year acquisition.
- Maintain a visible, credible presence across the client and industry spaces with active participation in mission forums, industry engagements, and community events.
- Partner with capture teams and proposal teams to develop win themes, discriminators, and mission-aligned solutions.
