Caring Transitions is the nation’s leading provider of senior relocation, downsizing, and estate liquidation services. We help seniors and their families navigate major life transitions with compassion, dignity, and care. We are currently seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Field Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building community partnerships, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families. This position focuses on outside sales, community outreach, and relationship development. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting new clients and referral partners, presenting services professionally, and representing our company with warmth, integrity, and enthusiasm. Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field — OR — Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine respect and appreciation for seniors, aging adults, and their families
  • Confidence and comfort with outside sales and business development activities
  • Strong ethical standards, honesty, and dependability
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm, warmth, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and group presentations
  • Professionalism, social awareness, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, community outreach, outside sales, or business development
  • Experience building referral relationships and community partnerships
  • Interest in relationship-based sales and networking
  • Experience with project management tools and social media platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities and referral partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the community
  • Promote company services through networking, outreach, presentations, and marketing initiatives
  • Support community engagement and business development efforts
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and referral partners
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure outstanding client experiences
  • Manage schedules, projects, follow-up communications, and client interactions efficiently
  • Represent the organization professionally with integrity, empathy, and positivity
