About The Position

Founded in 2003, Kanner & Pintaluga is a NLJ500 and Mid-Market Pro 50 law firm that has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. With nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States, our primary goal is to achieve the most favorable outcome for our clients, who have the absolute right to receive the maximum compensation for their damages. The Business Development Executive is tasked with generating new referral sources for the Personal Injury Practice group, particularly auto body/collision centers through networking events, luncheons, and more. Additionally, the BDE will be responsible for community outreach events such as lunch & learns for congregations, organizations, and associations to drive brand awareness and consideration of Kanner & Pintaluga. As needed, the BDE will be cross-trained to assist with generating and retaining Property Damage referral sources via similar means as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Full-time
  • High school/GED diploma required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Outside Sales experience required, minimum of 3 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to deliver presentations/Public speaking
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software i.e., Salesforce
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
  • Team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate new referral sources for Personal Injury Practice Group through networking, luncheons, events, and more.
  • Manage existing referral sources.
  • Plan and coordinate seminars, lunch & learns, etc. within the community.
  • Attend and act as a brand ambassador for the firm at larger events.
  • Explore and communicate potential new opportunities for referral sources.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
