About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our growing promotional products company. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth through branded merchandise, corporate gifting, apparel, and promotional marketing solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in the promotional products, advertising specialty, print, branding, or related industries and possesses strong communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of business development, outside sales, or problem‑resolution customer‑facing experience
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, print, marketing, or advertising industry preferred
  • Knowledge of promotional product suppliers and decoration methods
  • Understanding of branded merchandise programs and corporate gifting trends

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and decision-makers
  • Present promotional product solutions that align with client branding, marketing, and event objectives
  • Collaborate with internal sales, sourcing, creative, and production teams to deliver successful client programs
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and sales contracts
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging promotional product opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account support throughout the sales cycle
