About The Position

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support Swintt’s B2B sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships with operators, and helping expand our presence across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing new partnerships. Reporting to the CCO, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Product, Technical, and Account Management to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term partner success. Experience within the iGaming industry, particularly in B2B casino content, platforms, aggregation, or supplier-side sales, will be considered a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial partnerships, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and manage relationships through the full sales cycle.
  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence in negotiating agreements and commercial terms.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and keeping accurate records of sales activity.
  • Good understanding of the iGaming market, including regulated markets, operator needs, and industry trends.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with internal departments and celebrating shared wins.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by commercial success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with operators, platforms, aggregators, or casino suppliers will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, platforms, aggregators, and other key industry partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and terms in line with company objectives.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technical, and Account Management teams to support the onboarding of new partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates, sales activities, and client records through the CRM system.
  • Use market insights, competitor knowledge, data, and business intelligence to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Represent Swintt professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Share market feedback, client needs, and commercial insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to sales reports and regular business development updates.
  • Support the wider commercial strategy by helping drive new partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new partners to the relevant internal teams for ongoing account management and operational success.
