Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years specific experience in business development, strategic sales, account management, partner management, or related fields.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, partner development, or customer growth roles.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions to business objectives.
  • Experience analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex business challenges and influence stakeholders.
  • Must be prepared to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.

Responsibilities
