Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Experience selling solutions into commercial, healthcare, education, construction, architectural, design, facilities management, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong ability to engage executive-level decision makers and influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account development, and consultative selling across commercial, hospitality, government, healthcare, education, and professional office environments.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Grand Rapids and West Michigan market.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, facilities leaders, real estate professionals, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand market share and generate new revenue.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal design, project management, and implementation teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic account management.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry associations, and community involvement.
  • Stay informed on workplace trends, commercial interiors, facility planning, and evolving client needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
