About The Position

Cambridge Security Seals is seeking a driven and enthusiastic outbound sales professional to join our team and help propel our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience and demonstrated skills selling B2B, and will excel at researching, generating, and pursuing leads, building relationships, negotiating with customers, closing deals, and achieving sales goals. As importantly, he or she will exhibit the kind of hustle, initiative, and outbound sales energy that produce results. Success in this role will require a thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as the ability to craft and execute a sales plan aligned with the Company’s messaging and competitive advantage. The BDE will utilize digital tools, including HubSpot and ZoomInfo, to identify opportunities and develop strong pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality are essential, as is a strong sense of positivity and optimism. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong phone presence, and a track record of success in outbound B2B sales. Compensation $60,000/year plus commission (after surpassing) base sales level Participation in company’s medical benefits and 401k plan. Full training and onboarding support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • 5 years of relevant and demonstrative B2B sales experience
  • Hustle, drive, and a focus on results
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and performance-based environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with and the confidence of both customers and peers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Strong MS Office competency
  • Ability to work comfortably and achieve results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing product and market expertise
  • Prospecting/Cold calling
  • Customer relationship development
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Negotiating with and closing prospective clients
  • Documentation of activities and client record maintenance/Extensive utilization of HubSpot and other internal systems
  • Reporting to management on a regular basis
  • Extensive communication with customers through telephone and video calls, messaging and emailing
  • Representing CSS at trade shows
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
