Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director, this role is responsible for generating net new business opportunities through field-based prospecting, industry networking, and relationship development within the luxury real estate and development community. The BDE will identify new clients, open new accounts, and create qualified opportunities for the Core Sales team across staging, luxury lease furniture rentals, furniture purchase packages, interior design, and related services. This is a highly independent, field-heavy role requiring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with minimal direction while aligning with regional sales strategy.
