WORKING CLOSELY WITH ESTIMATING, PRECONSTRUCTION, OPERATIONS, AND LEADERSHIP TEAMS, THE SOLAR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE HELPS SHAPE OPPORTUNITIES FROM CONCEPT THROUGH PROPOSAL, NEGOTIATION, AND CLOSE.
