George T. Hall Company is seeking a Business Development Engineer – Industrial Automation & Controls to expand its presence in the Northern California territory. This role is for a highly technical, consultative sales professional with deep experience in electric heat applications, power control systems, and SCR-based solutions. Their mission is to bring value to clients by utilizing expertise in automation and control solutions to improve performance, reduce waste, and provide value data while establishing successful partnerships. The position is responsible for expanding GTH’s market presence by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying complex application opportunities, and delivering engineered solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, capable of engaging with engineers, plant managers, and executive stakeholders to solve critical process heating and control challenges. Clients are contractors or end users in industries such as aerospace, heat treat, food/beverage, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater.
