About The Position

The Business Development Director will lead initiatives that drive business development activities and generate new opportunities for growth. With a focus on new business opportunities and building long-lasting client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, identifying market trends, and overseeing efforts to improve the company's profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of growth strategies.
  • Proficient with technology to include EMR, Microsoft Office, and other applicable software
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and motivated.
  • Time Management Skills including prioritization of tasks

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, mental health professionals, treatment centers, schools, and community organizations while serving as a trusted expert in mental health placement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Track the success of business development initiatives and report goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Meet weekly engagement targets to drive consistent pipeline growth.
  • Track referral targets, document engagement, and manage resources to support strategic operations.
  • Attend conferences, industry events, and site visits to expand referral networks and stay current on behavioral health trends.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
