About The Position

Allen Turner Automotive is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Service Representative to join our team at Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola, FL! If you are energetic, confident on the phone, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Business Development Center (BDC) is the communication hub of the dealership. The BDC team handles incoming customer inquiries and proactive outreach with one primary goal: setting quality appointments for our sales team. This position focuses on building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or phone sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, texting platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries through phone, email, and text
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to unsold leads, previous customers, service customers, and marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team while accurately documenting activity in the CRM
  • Follow proven dealership processes and scripts to engage customers and overcome objections
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and consistent customer experience
  • Assist customers with basic questions regarding inventory, specials, and dealership services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching opportunities
  • Support additional dealership or BDC duties as needed
