About The Position

Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association, established in 1904, is a non-profit home care community health organization serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey. They are one of the few home care agencies qualified to provide a continuum of care for patients of all ages, regardless of the severity of their condition or stage of illness. They have been delivering care for over 120 years, 24 hours a day. The organization is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join their growing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry, but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and referral networks.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients and referral partners about our services.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
• Attend networking events to promote our services and brand.
• Collaborate closely with our intake department and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
