As a member of the Business Development and Marketing Department, the Business Development Coordinator provides substantive support to Fox Rothschild’s Business Development team, assisting in areas such as pitches, proposals, research, sponsorships, and strategic plans. This role involves providing high-level support to members of the Business Development team, including assistance related to driving practice and department strategic plans. The coordinator will prepare pitches and proposals for prospective and existing clients, customize strategic proposal content, and maintain and track proposal statuses. They will also create, proofread, and revise communication materials for attorney engagements, conduct research, and coordinate sponsorship logistics. Collaboration with attorneys and staff is essential to gather information for various business development projects. Additionally, the role assists with capturing, drafting, tracking, and updating representative firm experience, and provides support for firm events and other Marketing Department tasks.
