About The Position

Land Rover of St. Louis is now hiring an experienced Business Development Coordinator for our busy service team. This associate will be responsible for responding to internet customer inquiries, handling the leads and making follow up phone calls and setting up appointments with potential customers for the service team. We are now a division of fast growing MileOne Autogroup, one of the largest, privately owned auto groups in the United States. When you join our team, we have room for you to grow with us!

Requirements

  • 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality

Nice To Haves

  • Prior dealership experience in similar role a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the service department.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
