About The Position

Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is growing and looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join their team. This role involves handling inbound sales and service inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, building customer rapport, creating video responses, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership experience required.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video messages.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat.
  • Schedule appointments and help drive showroom traffic.
